Souperfood Soup

Eating well can be extremely simple sometimes. 

This recipe is one of “THOSE” recipes that you can make in a pinch and 

on a very tight budget. Why should it be more complicated?

 

Souperfood Soup

1 – 26 oz. box organic chicken or vegetable www.healthandrecoveryinstitute.com/soma-carisoprodol-muscle-relaxant/ broth
2 cups shredded vegetables – kale, cabbage, collards, spinach, carrots

Simply add vegetables to the broth, stir gently and heat over medium low heat for twenty minutes. 

Serve with a salad!
