How would your meal schedule change if you only ate when you were hungry?
This is just a quick post to drop a line to encourage you to consider this and experiment with it if you are open to it. If there weren’t preset breakfast, lunch, and dinner rules, how would your day work? How and when would you eat? What would you eat at what times of day?

I was thinking about this as I reflected on my meals today. Breakfast at 11:00 a.m. Lunch at 3:00 p.m., Dinner will be around 6. Is this wrong? This is the schedule that works for me more often than not AND if I were to not snack outside of these hours, I’d fall in line with intermittent fasting.
What are your eating hours if you follow your gut?
