Gluten Free Lifestyle & Conquering Binge Eating

When I started working with Tammi, my focus was to become more comfortable with eating gluten free, live a more balanced lifestyle, and to take control of my binge eating.

Working together, Tammi helped me to find foods that added variety and appeal to my diet in a way that worked for me. I never felt like I was on a diet and now I’m finding that I want to eat this way all the time!My old cravings and poor habits vanished on their own! My overall health has dramatically improved!

A New Lease On Life

I have lived much of my adult life with very low energy. I was too tired to enjoy life. Naps were critical to me on the weekend. I arranged my schedule accordingly. Every so often I looked for ways to change this; visiting doctors, health clinics, etc. with no success. So, I met Tammi, and I thought, “Well, let me try one more time.” I really wanted to feel better and to be able to enjoy this life.

Tammi has taught me to listen to my body’s nutritional and emotional needs. I was taught to figure out what worked well for me. Through this process, I learned how to eat to satisfy myself and give me sustainable energy, and I was given tools to deal with the stress of daily living. I couldn’t believe how much more energy I had just by learning to deal with stress in a productive manner!

I continue to work hard, reading, learning, researching the information that has provided and as a result, have achieved my goals and will achieve things that never even occurred to me that I could achieve!

Tammi is smart, empathic, an incredible listener, and knows how to ask the questions that allow me to look inside of myself. I would absolutely recommend her. This journey is amazing and she is the best companion to take it with.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Tammi has been such a gift to me.  

For 15 years I had suffered off and on from abdominal pain and digestive problems that I just kind of accepted as part of my life.  Last year it started to get progressively worse, so I decided to do something about it.  I started an elimination diet with slight improvement.  I became increasingly frustrated as I eliminated more and more foods until I felt like there was nothing I could eat.   I still was only a little bit better.  I thought maybe I should see a doctor.   Just as I suspected, I was diagnosed with IBS and given no solution.  

That’s when I signed up with Tammi. 

Tammi helped me discover what I could eat and took the stress and worry out of providing myself with the food that will best nourish me.  But that is only the beginning. Tammi has helped me discover and unravel the many layers of my health and well-being.  She is incredibly intuitive and time and time again makes connections regarding my health that I would have never made myself or discovered in a book.  She has been a constant support and guide on my path to wellness.  As a registered nurse and mother of a toddler, I needed a realistic practical approach to attain my goals.  Tammi understands this and has given me the tools I need to become healthier and more alive than I have been in many years.  

Tammi’s personality makes it easy to open up and feel supported.  She has a wealth of information on so many aspects of health and a gift for teaching.  For anyone struggling with just about any aspect of health, I believe Tammi can be an invaluable guide on their path to wellness.

Food Allergies
